Axial Flow Fans
Through Axial Flow Fans the air or gas flows parallel to the impeller axis, Aerovent Axial Flow Fans cover a wide range of air quantities and pressures and are suitable for common ventilation plants as well as special industrial installations.The impeller of axial flow fan is mounted on the motor shaft in a casing. It can also be mounted on an extended shaft for V belt drive.These fans are equipped with foot-mounted induction motor totally enclosed and suitable for 400/440 Volts, 3 phase 50 cycles A.C. Supply. Motor of any make can be incorporated having standard frame size.

Centrifugal Fans
Aerovent Centrifugal Fans are available in 2 types. Limit Load type fans in Single Inlet Single Width or Double Inlet Double Width. These fans are manufactured indifferent sizes ranging from 305 mm to 2135 mm depending on the type of fan.

Blowers
Aerovent Blowers are available in 2 types. Materials Wheel (RB) type and High Pressure Blowers. These fans are manufactured indifferent sizes.Material Wheel (RB) Type Blowers.Aerovent Industrial Exhausters are heavy duty, rigidly built and highly efficient for material handling and for other applications in foundries, mills and chemical plants. They are specially useful for conveying materials such as paper, sawdust, sand, shavings and other products where the material passes through the fan itself. These fans are manufactured in size 310 mm to 2135 mm diameter.

Unitary Dust Collectors
These units have been especially designed for single point dust extraction. These are compact and mounted on wheels. Standard Material of Construction available is Mild Steel. However, it can also be offered in Stainless Steel Construction.
The principle of working for the unit is air made to pass through special filter media and the dust is accumulated in the filter media. This filter media is stitched in the form of tubes. The dust is retained inside the tube and clean air is exhausted. The standard air capacity of the Dust Collector is 300 CFM and 450 CFM.

Dust Collectors
Fabric or Bag Filter Type
Fabric/Bag filter type dust collectors are specially used for collecting minute dust particles. The dust which is filtered from the gas stream collects on the inside of the bags. It is then removed from the bags by manual/mechanical shaking, or Pulse jet cleaning. The fabric filter bags are made of acrylic polyester, polyester needle felt, polyproplene nylon, terrylene, anti-static, etc depending upon requirements.

Wet Collectors
The dusty air enters the inlet chambers and then through the venturi section. The water level being higher then the venturi section the dusty air bubbles through water thereby forming tiny water dropslet trapping the dust particles into agglormerates. The larger agglormerates sink whereas the smaller particles are entrained in the water droplets. There are baffles to remove the droplets. Sludge is collected in the container below collector. Pressure drop range: 150 mm - 250 mm.
