CORONA TREATMENT increase the Surface bonding strength by creating Polar molecule on the surface. As a excellent bonding of inks takes place. On untreated Plastic and paper, inks adhere on the surface by means of mechanical friction & are easily released by rubbing or adhesive Tapetest. It needs the Surface tension of the surface more than (10dynes/cm) the surface tension of the printing inks/adhesives, etc.... for bonding, coating, printing, etc...

Ozone extraction system efficiently remove ozone and to cool the electrode. This reduces warping of the electrode and provides more consistent treatment across the web and increase the life of Silicone Sleeve. It protects the operator health from ozone gas.

Reverse Corona Treatment

This is polymetal corona treater, the metalised polyester, aluminium foil, Laminated / non-laminated conductive or non conductive material, that we can treat. Reverse polarity of the electrode, the design of the structure may comfortable to treat the conductive materials.The various models are available depends upon the width the of the materials and variety of the materials. Power of this machine like 1 kw to 10 kw models are available, Width upto 3 meters models available. This is useful for Cap seal materials (Wads, toffee, chocolate, food packagings etc..)

Each test fluid gives an accurate means of surface tension level in terms of dynes/cms when applied to the surface to be tested..

The Static Charge Meter is a non-contact, light weight digital instrument designed to measure static voltages on objects & surfaces. It features a large LCD display to indicate the magnitude and polarity of the electrostatic charge.
The circuitry is Chopper Stabilized enabling repeated and draft-free measurements without continual re-zeroing. It can also be used in ionized environments. The instrument has good directional sensitivity and is ideal for measuring electric charges encountered in critical electronic assembly and storage areas as well as Antistatic Work Stations.
