The company M/s. AIROX NIGEN EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD. was started in the year 1993 by Mr. Anil K. Agrawal and Mrs. Surbhi Agrawal.
Mr. Anil K. Agrawal has 20 years of experience in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing & Commissioning of Adsorption Based Gas Generators and Gas Drying Equipments.

PSA Oxygen Gas Generators

Our Oxygen Generators operates on Pressure Swing Adsorption, commonly known as P S A Technology.
P S A Technology is based on the selective adsorption phenomena of gas molecules under pressure on the surface of highly porous and efficient adsorbent, In this case of Oxygen Generation the Adsorbent is zeolite based Molecular Sieve (Z.M.S.)

Hydrogen Gas Generator

The methanol and water is mixed in specified ratio and pressurized. This mixture is passed through evaporator, metering pump and then to super heater. This hot gas is then fed into a reactor. The reaction of methanol reforming and the shift reaction, takes place in the catalytic reactor of fixed beds simultaneously to form H2 and CO2 finally.

Compressed Air & Gas Drying Systems

Wet incoming gases after passing through filter pass through the slide piston valve assembly and are directed towards chamber I where they pass upward through the desiccant. Gas drying takes place by adsorption. Dry gas from chamber I then passes through the Check valve assembly and then through the after-filter to the application or work area.
