The HEPA filters are manufactured in an Air conditioned ISO-7 (Class 10,000) environment and Fine & Pre- filters are manufactured in an Air-conditioned ISO-8 (Class 1,00,000) environment.
AIRTECH manufactures a whole range of filters including EU graded Bag filters and Hepa filters and have D.O.P testing facilities for testing the filters at the factory and at site as per FED.STD 209E & ISO-14644. Besides the D.O.P generator and the D.O.P photometer, we are also well equipped with Electronic velometers & Laser particle counters.
AIRTECH also manufactures Rollomatic Filters, Clean Room Garments Accessories and specially designed L.A.F. units according to client's requirements

The Filter Media For The Air Pleat Series Has An Extended Surface Due To Pleating And Is Of The Non-Woven Type With Regular Labrynthine Structure Being Buiilt Of Synthetic Fibres Which Are Bonded Together By A Special Resin. The Media Is Sandwiched Between Two Layers Of Hdpe Mesh Which Act As Aretainer And Screens Out Large Particles And Prevents Them From Being Embedded In The Media. The Media Is Pleated And Held Rigidly In Place By A Metel Grid. Air Pleat Synthetic Media Is Pleasent In Handling And Does Not Cause Irrition And Itching Of The Skin Like Fiberglass. |

| Powder Containment Booth The Powder Containment Booth is constructed from robust, easy-to clean panels. It is designed to be free-standing although the downflow fan/filter plenum may be celing hung to allow removal of interconnecting walls between adjacent units. to facilitate this further, side walls are located to the floor with shoot bolts and the control system configured to daisy chain operations of several units together. HEPA filters are mounted in the celing and plenum top for clean laminar downflow and exhaust respectively.

The LH series Horizontal Laminar flow offers a complete line of work stations with a trim, narrow profile. This design enables the bench to be used as an individual unit, or, with the side panels removed, joined together in series for pass-through assembly line production.

Airtech Safety Cabinets are used in pharmacy applications which involve the preparation, manipulation or designing of cytotoxic and carcinogenic drugs and extensively where hazardous biological agents are used. Airtech Safety Cabinets are designed as modular work stations for use in laboratory applications which require personnel and production protection by drawing air through the work opening to provide a barrier which prevents the escape of harmful aerosols generated within the work zone, and the contaminated air is exhausted through a HEPA filter. |
