Anand Arc Ltd an ISO 9001-2000 accredited company promoted by TECHNOCRATS having more than 40 years of experience in the steel wire and its products industry.The company started it's manufacturing with a small base in the year 1980 by manufacturing general purpose Welding Electrodes and later in the year 1990 it added another manufacturing base located at Palghar an Industrial Township at about 100 kms from the Port city of Mumbai.Subsequently expansions were undertaken along with downward and sideways intergration and the company diversified into.various value added products manufactured at the sprawling area of about 200,000 sq ft at Palghar with the work force of about 250 people.Our wires are manufactured using latest state of the art Machineries to achieve best quality with minimum lead time.We Have Approvals From Various International And National Agencies Like Lloyds,Bureau Veritas, DNV, ABS, IRS,MMD..NPC,EIL,IBR,RDSO BIS,,PDIL Etc |

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing base is located at Industrial town of Palghar which is about 100 kms from the port city of Mumbai. The facility is spread in the area of about 200,000 sqft with a production capacity of about 12,000 metric tonnes per annum for all the products.Stainless Steel division is equipped with sophisticated Tube Annealing Furnace, Multiple Wire Drawing Machines, Bull Block Machines and Wet Drawing Machines.We have capabilities to produce large weight coils using dead block coilers and are pattern laid as per customer?s requirement. The Welding division is equipped with latest equipments and Machinery to produce cheese wound coils , layered winding on spools and vacuum packing for welding electrodes.

Our Standard Packaging Is Done With Coils Wrapped With Plastic/Hdpe Or Biodegradable Jute, Further If Desired It Is Placed In Wood Lined Mild Steel Crates, Wooden Pallets Or Steel Carriers/Spiders.The Wires Can Also Be Supplied In Drums As Well As On/Steel/ Wooden Reels. |
