2) WORKING DRAWING & TENDER STAGE:-
a) Preparing the working drawings, Details, specifications.
b) Assist the client in complication of contract documents for selection and appointment of contractors, vendors, etc with floating of tender.

3) EXECUTION & SUPERVISION STAGE:-
a) Periodically inspecting & coordinating with all contractors & supervising the work.
b) Ensuring adherence to drawings as per approved designs and specifications, and time schedule.
c) Checking quality of workmanship and their working.
d) Checking & verifying contractor's bill & certifying interim payments to contractors /vendors.

4) COMPLETION STAGE:-
a) Checking quality of all works including rectification of defects, checking & certifying final bills of all contractors/vendors.
