AIR COMPRESSOR

Distinctive Features :

Crankshaft : Ovehung crankshaft, with replacebale crankpin bush made from special steel material, is precision-ground and runs with minimum vibration. The crankshaft is balanced and rotates on two / three ball bearings. Connecting Rod: Precisely machined, one - piece connecting rod with solid end construction does not require adjustment. Integral splash lubrication. Cylinder: Cylinders are made from special cast iron material with deep radial fins on the outer side for quick heat dissipation. Each cylinder is separately cast, precision bored and honed for smooth running. Valve : Stainless steel finger valves are heat - treated, quick acting. Concentric ring valve plates and springs are made from high quality steel material, having large flow area for longer valve life and better performance. Easy for removal and servicing. Piston: Equalized and balanced pistons are made from aluminum / cast iron material. Each piston has compression ring and oil control rings for optimum efficiency.

Single Stage Low Pressure Compressor :
The Compressor having one / two / three piston and cylinder of the same bore size are Single Stage Compressors. The function of each piston is to compress the air from the atmosphere to the final destination.Single Stage Compressors are ideal for a multitude of small business uses including Pneumatic tools, Panel spray painting, Nailers, Staplers, Blow guns, Liquid transfer, Graniting and Cleaning. It is a reliable source of low pressure air for numerous application like instrumentation, process and boiler fuel oil automization, Chemical Industries, Filteration Plant, Blow Moulding etc.

Single / Two stage Dry Vacuum Pumps
Single or Two Stage Dry vacuum Pumps are single acting, air cooled units in single and / or two stage construction. It is positive displacement piston type pumps which achieve vacuum upto 29.0" Hg for single stage and upto 29.6" Hg for two stage construction, at sea level.
These dry type Vacuum Pumps are useful in Paper handling, liquid transfer, vacuum forming food processing, Hospital and many other applications.

Single Stage Borewell Compressor Pump
Air marshal compressor pumps are designed to draw water from borewells at any depth. the compressed air will enter in the borewell through air pipe upto the bottom, where it is connected to a water pipe which pushes the water to the field, overhead tank or places where the water is required.
