Located with its head quarters in Mumbai , India and manufacturing base in Daman, (U.T.) Gujrat.
Jesons started off in 1972 as a family owned and family oriented organisation catering to the adhesive requirements of local industries.
Post 1993, in keeping with the steady growth and looking towards the potential of local and global markets, professional team were inducted into the company. Keeping intact the family oriented core values.
Regular training sessions and added responsibility through empowerment created a sense of belonging amongst the employees. This feeling of ownership, combined with professional management, has brought the company to where it is today.
Jesons is headed by Mr. Dhiresh Gosalia, a dynamic 41 year visionary entrepreneur with ambitions of scaling and conquering the unreached heights of acclaim globally in the field of adhesives.Upbeat on all counts there are ambitious expansion plans under implementation.These include induction of new equipment and machines, enhancing employee skills through various training programmes, upgrading facilities to triple the production by 2005.
Taking the current levels of production values at $ 18 million to US $ 80 million by 2005.Towards this achievement and in keeping with the spirit of being a truly global company not only in size but also in presence Jesons is now in the process of setting up two world-class plants in China and Nepal with manufacturing capacities of 25,000 MT/Year in both countries. Both these plants will become operational byNovember 2003. These together with our two existing plants in India will give Jesons a total production base exceeding 75000 metric tonnes per year.All this has been made possible thanks to all our customers who continuouslyencourage and support us, valuing the Jesons family-oriented spirit of teamwork, togetherness and continuous partnering; without which Jesons would not have reached where it is today. It is this closeness and oneness that constantly encourages us to achieve milestone after milestone.
