N. J. Heavy Industries is one of the world’s largest Dished End manufacturers.
N.J. Heavy Industries is a specialist manufacturer of Dished Ends, cones, pressure vessels and other pressed parts for the process industries.
We pride ourselves on our investment in both people and technology. Our facilities include new presses for one-piece vessel heads up to 6ooomm in diameter.
We have four presses having capacity of 1500 MT, 1200 MT, 800 MT & 200 MT.
Testing includes X-ray (RT), magnetic particle (MT), dye Penetrant (PT), ultrasonic (UT), ferrite, hardness, ferroxyl and conductivity. Testing is subcontracted to approved laboratories.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) System has been certified by major third party Inspection Agencies.
