Our organization was established in the year 1970 by Mr. Anant Dalal, an engineer from a leading engineering school I.I.T. (Indian Institute of Technology) Mumbai (Bombay).Our registered office is at Mumbai (Bombay) Commercial City of India and having Manufacturing units at Kanpur & Chennai. Besides this we have a well established unit for processing & waterproofing of canvas & also incorporates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities including Rubber Moulding, Die Casting for buckles and hardware in Zemac, Brass and Sand Casting to desired finish for Leather & Jute products in Bombay.The Company initially started with manufacturing and trading in canvas and its products like Tarpaulins, Tents, Canvas Bags, Water Bags, Caps, Etc. in the year 1970 and with time it diversified itself successfully in different business lines such as Leather, Jute, Rexine, Velvet, Polyester & Nylon products.Having our leather manufacturing & tanning unit in Chennai & Studio in Mumbai (Bombay).Leather goods are crafted on Adler, Camoga and Bombali machines. R & D is a continuous process at our factory which keeps us in tune with consumer needs in the backdrop of changing fashions. Our creative R & D team constantly endeavors to churn out unique and intricately designed products for the INDIAN and International market. Raw material and hardware are sourced overseas and locally. New designs and leather finishes are developed to meet specific customer requirements. Alternate material like Canvas, Jute and Cord have been successfully used. A hawk-eyed team supervises the quality of raw materials and finished goods to the minutest detail.Varsha’s ranges of products include Tarpaulin, Tents, Bags, Water Bags, Caps, etc., made from Canvas. Butwas, Jewellery Boxes, Belts, Wallets, Jackets, Bags, Leather Accessories, Portfolio Bags, Laptop Carry Cases, Desk Stationery and Corporate Gifts made from Leather. Bags, Burlaps, Gunny Bags (for packing rice, grains, etc.), etc., made from Jute. Different types of Carry Bags, Hand Bags, Drum Bags, Travel Bags, et all type of bags & ladies wallets made from Polyester & Nylon Material. Our company also undertakes mass production of customised designs.
