Evaluation: A thorough evaluation of the customer's current packaging methods and the related operations is the first step to determine specific corrosion related concerns and objectives. VCORR investigates everything from fabrication and handling to packaging and shipping methods.

Analysis:The Customer's metal samples are carefully analysed with corrosion potentials by testing them both in contact & vapour phases. VCI formulations are tested with each sample to determine which will provide optimum corrosion prevention. In addition, VCORR retains & refers the test data to experts in the packaging industry to reassure conclusions, thus enabling them to provide the right recommendations.

Recommendations: VCORR reviews the results with each customer's current packaging system and strives to develop individual corrosion prevention plans for each customer thus assuring consistent improvement in quality and performance.
