Established in 1971, dedicated to the field of Induction heating, VEL group of companies, has with 100% know-how & material, indigenously designed, developed & manufactured Induction Heating Equipments of varying power capacities & frequencies. Anything & Everything in Induction is the motto. All our machines are custom built i.e. uniquely designed, manufactured and fine tuned for the specific requirements.We have earned the appreciation of prestigious organization like Railways, DGS & D, Indian Institute of technology, Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Nuclear Power Corporation, Defense etc. for our dedicated service. As we have complete fabrication / manufacturing unit in-house, we manufacture all the sub-systems /accessories required along with induction heating system i.e. all material/job feeding, handling, positioning, discharging systems We provide vacuum system, fumes extraction system, additional workstations etc. we are well known and prominent throughout automobile & engineering industries in India doing the most complicated & prestigious jobs in induction heating As we turn each milestone in innovation and in pursuit of excellence, we have built, improvised and strengthened our infrastructure. Most of the critical machine components like H.T. Transformer, Isolotion transformer,RF Matching transformer,Current/Potential Transformer,Tank capacitor/Inductor,Stablizers,High freq mica capacitors,ceramic capacitors & Special magnetic cores are manufactured by us utilizing in-house manufacturing/testing facilities.We have recently ventured in Radiation Instrument/ Nuclear guages/Medical Equivalent/other Electrical Instrument to give a confident solution to any problem.With the infrastructure and the technical knowhow, we have the capacity to manufacture Material Handling Systems such as screw conveyer, Bucket Elevator, Air Slide, Table Feeder etc;Chemical equipments such as Agitators, Mixers, Ball Mills, Heat exchangers, Reaction Vessel, Cooling tower, Demineralization Plant etc; Pollution Control Equipments - bag Filter, wet Scrubber, Cyclone Seperator, Air Handling Systems, etc; Refrigeration, Units: Air conditioners, Water Chillers, Freeze Driers, etc. Also electrical components such as ceramic capacitors etc. We also provide complete automation solution to material feeding, handling, discharging, heating etc. We incorporate control loops, sequential process controllers, PLC/ PC based monitoring, control and diagnostic systems with MMI software etc.Our specilisation in induction heating system also leads us to specialize in other fields of automation, machine tools and critical component development.
