HISTORY
Vertex Systems was founded in May 2004 with the aim of providing quality software solutions related to entire spectrum of HR related application i.e. Time and Attendance Management, Payroll, HR, Visitor Management and any other customized software solutions. The solutions are designed to suit the needs of all types and size of companies. During the past three year Vertex has witnessed many business processes, solutions and technology cycles and has demonstrated its ability in embracing these changes into its business model. Since its inception Vertex had exponential growth of over 100% in turnover on y-o-y basis. This growth is attributed to over deep understanding of Time Management Solutions, excellent product line and intime after sales support provided by us. The Time Attendance and Access Control market in India is highly fragmented with more than 1000 small and big system integrator with many of them having their own Attendance Recording and Management Software catering to a small base of customers. Till date, there is no solution provider that caters to the need of system integrators not having Time and Attendance Software or at the mercy of manufacturers for the solution. These system integrators have found Vertex as useful and reliable partner. During this process, we have tied with reputed system integrators in the field of Time Attendance and Access Control System for providing Time Management and Payroll software. We are proud to say that Vertex has become the preferred supplier of Time Attendance Software to the most of the leading systems integrators in this field. The continuous faith of our partners in us stands testimony of our capabilities and support provided to them and their customers.

Our product group is focused on Time Management as vertical domain and has developed “TIME TRACK” - The complete time management software that can handle small to very large enterprises of their Time Office and Leave Management needs. With an installation base of 500 plus clients across the country, we are the leaders in this domain can will work hard to main the lead. Our flagship product TIME TRACK is available in many versions depending on the requirement of the clients. The other successful offerings are PAYMAN - Payroll Software for Small and Medium enterprises and VISI-TRACK -Visitor Management Software for large enterprises, factories, hotels and bank headquarters. We offer customized Time Management Solutions and also provide links to third party Payroll and ERP solutions.
