We would like to brief you about our establishment - that in the year 1923. Mr. Balakhidas Patel, who is the founder of our foundry & father of the undersigned, has established two foundries, one was Bombay Iron & another was M/S. National Non Ferrous.In 80's earlier in Bombay Iron Works we came in contact with Mr. Bharadwaj who was earlier working with NSE and has worked as our Consultant also. You can must be knowing him.Please note with the gained knowledge from the above foundries, one foundry was set up in Belgaum with Plant & Machinery's. 2 Acres of land has been occupied by this foundry. We have Cupola Machine of 15 years old with a output of 2MT/hour, 32" after lining. Further we have a Steel Furnace of 150kg capacity of Inductotherm make with a capacity of steel casting of maximum weight of 110kg. In addition, we have 2 Shell molding too. We are taking production of 1 piece of 1.5 in CI and 110 kg in steel.In our to achieve all above, we need you suggestions & your talent to streamline the production with the existing facilities and achieve good production capacity & quality of casting with minimized rejection. If needed, we can implement new updated technical know-how in our foundry. You can also employ two or three person in foundry.In the meantime, you may suggest good production & QC person in the managerial level to maintain the foundry in good condition as per GMP. They are also responsible for implementing & controlling system of Stores, production, QC., dispatch & also total displine of factory, this include through inspection.Please note we do not intend to cater Automobile, Two-Wheeler & Tractor Industries. We feel in this field money comes late & rejection also is more. |
